INTERMENT REQUIREMENTS

Please have the following documents with you when you go to the office for scheduling of interment.

FRESH BODY/ASH

  • Photocopy OCO (Original Certificate of Ownership). Lot must be fully paid.
  • Photocopy of Death Certificate.
  • Original Copy of Burial Permit.

IN THE ABSENCE OF THE LOT OWNER

  • Authorization letter of Lot Owner for his/her representatives to sign the interment documents.
  • 2 Valid ID’s from the Lot Owner (Photocopy/ Scanned Copy with signature).
  • 2 Valid ID’s of authorized representative (Actual signing the office).

BONE REMAINS

  • Photocopy OCO (Original Certificate of Ownership). Lot must be fully paid.
  • Photocopy of Death Certificate.
  • Original Copy of Burial Permit.
  • Original Copy of Exhumation Permit.
  • Original Copy of Certificate of Transfer.

IN THE ABSENCE OF THE LOT OWNER

  • Authorization letter of Lot Owner for his/her representatives to sign the interment documents.
  • 2 Valid ID’s from the Lot Owner (Photocopy/ Scanned Copy with signature).
  • 2 Valid ID’s of authorized representative (Actual signing the office).

Implementing Rules and Regulations

1. Interment schedule must be confirmed at least 4 days before scheduled date.

2. Clients who confirmed a day before the scheduled interment is subject to pay additional rush payment fee of Php ………

1. Installation of any decorations or any fixtures is strictly prohibited.

2. Only plants and trees planted by HIMG is allowed.

3. Any articles planted or installed without the permission by HIMG will be removed.

Construction of mausoleum in Haven of Infinity Memorial Garden must be in accordance with the following requirements and specifications:

1.   The owner can only use their Family Estate lot once it is fully paid.

•    The package price pertains to lot and interment only. It does not include any structure or mausoleum building.

2.   Maximum height is five (5) meters. Construction of second floor is prohibited. Slab roofing is required.

3.   Set back of 0.05 meters is required at the structure’s front, back, left and right.

4.   Construction of restroom is not allowed for lot owners who choose to have below-the-ground interment. Only one restroom is allowed with a minimum of one water closet together with one septic tank.

5.   Requirements prior to the start of construction are as follows:

•    Structural designs and plans, signed by licensed Engineers, must first be approved by HIMG.

•    Building permit must be secured by the client.

•    The buyer must post a Construction Cash Bond, which is calculated as 20% of the total construction cost. This will be used to pay the damages in the memorial park made or cause by the construction of the said mausoleum. The Construction Cash Bond will be made refundable once construction is completed.

6.   The buyer shall be accountable for all electrical and water consumption of their Mausoleum, charged on a quarterly basis.

 

7.   The mentioned implementing rules and regulations may be revised from time to time in order to satisfy HIMG’s valued clients. Any deviation by lot owner is strictly prohibited and may result in penalties and/or forfeiture of Construction Cash Bond.  

   Note: The foregoing rules and regulations are subject to revisions, alterations or amendments from time to time for the best interest of all parties concerned.

Nativeland was established March 17, 2008. Our first of many projects is Haven of Infinity Memorial Garden, developed in the year 2010 and located along J.P. Laurel Highway, Banay-Banay, Lipa City, Batangas with 8 hectares of land and over 20,000 memorial lots.
